Terms for using Send Your Agent scans, packages and workspaces.

These terms are written in plain language for customers buying or using Send Your Agent. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
The service
Send Your Agent provides website readiness scans, paid workspaces, package outputs, implementation guidance and optional monitoring for public websites that customers want to make clearer for AI agents and human buyers.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the websites, domains, claims, product facts, pricing, policies and support routes you submit. Only scan websites you own or are authorized to assess.
Package outputs
Reports, discovery files, manifests, checklists, prompts and implementation notes are prepared as drafts for customer review. You are responsible for confirming accuracy before publishing, committing or deploying any output.
One-command install
Eligible packages include a command that can preview or apply approved package files inside your website repository. Preview mode shows the plan without writing files. Apply mode writes files and backs up changed existing files. You remain responsible for reviewing the diff, committing changes and deploying through your normal workflow.
Payments and access
Paid workspaces unlock after successful checkout. Monthly monitoring remains active while the subscription is active. Billing, failed-payment or package questions should be sent to support@sendyouragent.com.
Audit implementation credit
The Agent Readiness Audit fee can be applied once toward Agent Delivery Pack, Commerce Readiness Upgrade or Developer/API Agent Pack bought within 14 days for the same customer and website. Contact support before implementation checkout. The credit has no cash value and cannot be combined with another credit.
Answer-visibility samples
Monthly Monitoring may run point-in-time web-search samples using customer-selected or recommended buyer prompts. Results can vary by model, location, wording and date and are not rankings or outcome guarantees. A run may be reported as unavailable when measurement cannot be completed.
No guarantees
Send Your Agent does not guarantee search ranking, AI-agent traffic, recommendations, citations, sales, compliance status, security certification or acceptance by any third-party platform.
Professional advice
Outputs may discuss website clarity, public product context, support paths and implementation patterns. They are not legal, financial, tax, regulatory or security advice.
Website Launch Watch
Launch Watch is a free notification workflow for websites that are still being built. After email confirmation, Send Your Agent may check the submitted public domain periodically for up to 90 days. When a meaningful public homepage is reachable, the service runs the free structural preview and emails the result. Launch Watch does not include website design, development, hosting, staging review or pre-launch deliverables.
Acceptable use
Do not use Send Your Agent to scan private, internal, localhost, metadata, restricted or unauthorized systems. Do not submit secrets, private keys, passwords, confidential materials or misleading claims.
