How Send Your Agent handles account, workspace, scan and package data.
Last updated: 15 July 2026
Send Your Agent helps customers make existing websites clearer for AI agents and human buyers. This page explains the practical data we handle to provide preview scans, paid workspaces, package outputs, support and monitoring.
Information you provide
We collect the details needed to create and manage your account, workspace and package outputs. This can include your name, email address, website URL, product summary, documentation links, pricing links, support links and any context you choose to add during intake.
Website scan data
Free previews and paid workspaces scan public website pages only. Scan records may include the submitted URL, fetched public pages, detected discovery files, readiness scores, missing-surface categories, timestamps and basic request records.
Generated package outputs
Paid workspaces store generated reports, draft files, install manifests and downloadable package archives so you can review, copy, download and install them from your workspace.
Search-backed monitoring
For Monthly Monitoring, selected buyer prompts and the public business name, website domain and product summary may be sent to a web-search-enabled AI provider to observe point-in-time mentions and citations. Do not place confidential information in monitoring prompts. Results and limited usage records are stored with the workspace monitoring history.
Payment information
Checkout is handled by a secure payment provider. Send Your Agent does not ask for or store card numbers inside the workspace. We store payment status, package name and billing references needed to unlock paid access and answer support questions.
One-command install
For eligible paid packages, the install command uses a private workspace token to fetch approved package files. Keep that token private. The command runs in your environment and does not ask for repository passwords or private keys.
Support and email
If you contact support, we use your message, email address, workspace details and related account records to answer the request and keep a support history.
What not to submit
Do not submit private keys, passwords, confidential documents, unreleased product claims, internal URLs, localhost URLs, metadata URLs, or systems you do not own or have permission to scan.
Website Launch Watch
If you register a website that is still being built, we store the intended public domain, email address, optional target launch date, consent timestamp and check status. Checks begin only after email confirmation and inspect public web pages only. The watch ends after a result email, unsubscribe request or 90 days. The result stores the limited free-preview score, not paid package outputs.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, workspace, scan and support records while they are needed to provide the service, maintain purchase history, support monitoring packages and handle legitimate business records. You can request help with account or workspace deletion at support@sendyouragent.com.
